GeminiVax Kft is a Hungarian vaccine-development start-up established in 2025 to create next-generation veterinary vaccines for the swine industry.
The company focuses on vaccine candidates for major viral diseases affecting pork producers, breeders and animal-health partners. Our goal is to develop practical, scalable and broadly protective vaccine candidates that address real industry needs: improved efficacy, broader strain coverage, strong cellular and humoral immunity, safety, adaptability to emerging variants and a clear path toward field evaluation and commercial partnership.
GeminiVax applies advanced virus-vectored vaccine technologies originating from Capricorn Technologies GmbH in Tulln, Austria. While Capricorn remains primarily focused on human influenza and other respiratory disease vaccines, GeminiVax applies this technology base to the focused development of swine vaccines.

Product Development Pathway
GeminiVax follows a milestone-based vaccine-development model. Each programme begins with pathogen analysis and antigen-cassette design, followed by construction of vaccine candidates, preclinical immunology, safety evaluation and efficacy testing.
Successful candidates may then progress to target-animal challenge studies, field evaluation and commercial development through licensing, co-development or strategic partnership with animal-health companies.
