Our Development Model

GeminiVax follows a milestone-based development model:

  1. Pathogen and strain-diversity analysis

  2. Epitope and antigen-cassette design

  3. Vector construction

  4. In vitro characterisation

  5. Preclinical immunogenicity testing

  6. Target-animal safety and immunology

  7. Challenge studies

  8. Field evaluation

  9. Licensing, co-development or registration partnership

Universal Swine Influenza Vaccine

GeminiVax is developing a broadly protective swine influenza vaccine candidate designed to address H1N1, H1N2 and H3N2 lineages through vector-based delivery and rationally selected conserved immune targets.

Swine Flu Virus

PRRSV Vaccine

GeminiVax is developing a PRRSV vaccine candidate designed to address PRRSV-1 and PRRSV-2 diversity through conserved immune targets, with particular emphasis on cellular immune responses relevant to highly variable viral pathogens.

PRRSV

PCV-2 Vaccine

GeminiVax is developing a broad-coverage PCV-2 vaccine candidate designed to address major genotypes, including PCV2a, PCV2b, PCV2d and emerging variants, using epitope-guided antigen selection and vector-based delivery.

PCV-2

Classic Swine Fever Vaccine

Classical swine fever is a highly important transboundary viral disease of pigs, with major implications for animal health, outbreak control, trade and national disease-eradication programmes.

Vaccination strategies for CSF may require not only protective immunity, but also compatibility with surveillance systems and differentiation between infected and vaccinated animals.
