Prof. Dr. Zoltán Szilvássy
Chairman of the Board
Prof. Dr. Zoltán Szilvássy is an internal medicine specialist, clinical pharmacologist and university professor with extensive experience in academic leadership, biomedical research and industry collaboration. He served as Rector of the University of Debrecen from 2013 to April 2026, following earlier appointments as Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs and Vice Rector for Strategy. He currently directs the Institute of Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy at the University’s Faculty of Medicine.

Founder (co-founder) or owner of many start-up companies in the field of biotechnology over the last 30 years, with many years of experience in high level management (CEO, Chairman of the Board) in companies across the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and United States.
Dr. Oksana Kiszil, PhD
Chief Operation Officer
Oksana Kiszil is an international relations and business development executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, institutional cooperation and intercultural communication. She has a legal education, and has spent 13 years at the University of Debrecen, including nine years in a senior leadership role managing its international relations portfolio, global partnerships and international development strategy.
